Who it's for
Contexts where this offering delivers the most value.

- Senior leaders who want inclusion reflected in decisions, resources and progression
- Organisations reviewing recruitment, working environments and support processes
02
What's included
The core components of a typical engagement.
- Workplace assessment: review recruitment, communication, meetings, workload, sensory conditions and progression criteria to identify avoidable barriers. This assesses working conditions, not whether individuals are neurodivergent.
- Employee input: voluntary conversations and, where appropriate, anonymous aggregated feedback, with reporting thresholds and confidentiality arrangements agreed before collection. No public disclosure of diagnoses is required.
- Manager and team workshops: individual strengths without stereotypes, neurodivergence and mental health, stigma, supportive conversations and the tone from senior leadership. Sessions use practical workplace scenarios rather than clinical instruction.
- Reasonable adjustments: work with the employee and relevant manager or HR contact to identify options such as written priorities, meeting agendas, protected focus time, quieter workspaces or changes to task sequencing. Agree what fits the role and review it together.
- A clear support process: named contacts, confidential requests, decision responsibilities and review points. Collect only information needed for the agreed purpose and involve employee representatives where appropriate.
- An implementation plan: prioritised actions, owners and agreed review dates, with measures of clarity, workload, access to support and the usefulness of adjustments.
